Unipole Insulated Conductor System
This system is suitable for field modification and installation for a custom fit. The individual conductors can be stacked (typ. 6-10 pole arrangement). Isolating sections can be installed as required for configuring electrical control zones. This system is typically installed in an overhead aluminum monorail beam. We offer different customer specific hangers for individual OEM beams.

Powerail Enclosed Conductor System
This system features a compact rigid insulated housing with 3 to 10 conductors. Isolation and feed sections are available for test, power-up and power down zones. Entry and exit funnels can be installed for applications that require collector entry and exit such as electrical contact zones.
Typical applications: Crane Runways, AS/RS Cranes, Floor Conveyors, Skillet Lines, Roller Conveyors, Test Lines

Contactless Power Supply
The CPS system transfers power inductively (electromagnetically; no contact). With no contact, wear items such as electrical brush shoes are eliminated. Optional configurations include vehicle guidance and data communications (RS 485, 19.2 Kbits/s). Pick-up units are available as flat type (for floor systems) and U-type for compact overhead (EMS) systems. CPS can handle complex track layouts including switches, cross-overs and lift stations.
